Let's face it, no celebration is complete without cake and weddings are definitely no exception! Your wedding day is, without doubt one of the most important days of your life and having in worked in the wedding industry for many years, I know how important it is to get all the little details right.

All of my cakes are besoke; designed, baked and decorated with your individuality in mind. When designing your wedding cake I will work closely with you, guiding you through the design process before making your sweet dreams come true. Some brides come to me with their own ideas, supplying photos of cakes taken from the internet and magazines for me to take inspiration from, whilst others need a little more help and guidance. I am very friendly, flexible and full of ideas.

I offer a choice of delicious flavoured sponges, feather light Madeira cake and rich, brandy matured fruit cake but I specialise in chocolate mud cake and I also make seriously decadent chocolate cake truffles that are absolutely ideal presented in boxes as favours, with after dinner coffee to be enjoyed during the speeches or in elegant bowls as part of the buffet.

I can deliver and set the cake up at your venue, prior to the big day (this may incur an extra cost, for travel expenses outside of the Telford area). Although I am based in the Telford area I am more than happy to work with couples elsewhere.
