A stressful part of organising your wedding is trying to establish exactly how many guests will be attending - simply putting an RSVP telephone number on your invitations will more than likely result in all types of phones calls, at all times in the day, saying all kinds of things!
So why not simplify the task of getting your guests to RSVP by creating postcard RSVP cards, which you can include with your invitations!
On one side of the cards, create a 'fill in the blanks' type of text, where your guests simply have to state whether they are attending or not; and on the other side of the card, prewrite your address. You can even stick a stamp on there, so all your guests have to do is pop their answer in the post!
You'll receive the response, be able to tick that person off the list and voila!
As they say... Bish, Bash, Bosh!
