Why I Should Get My Wedding Day Filmed

We at B & M Videos meet lots of couples and one of the things we here most is "I dont like being filmed" " Im really a very shy person and would find being in front of the camera quite nerve wrecking"

Well let me put your mind at rest if the wedding videographer you chose does his job right you should not be aware that he is there at all.

Professional cameras today are quite small and have a powerful zoom lens so there is no need to be up close and personal to get your shots.

Couples we speak to after there wedding always say "we didnt even see you or realized you were there as we were so involved with our wedding day" and this seems to happen all the time.

Videographers can capture so much of your wedding and lots of it will be things that you both won,t see.

Another tip is that your videographer should always work well with your chosen photographer. Remember that they have both been paid to do a job and they will both be looking for those special shots so its important that they dont get in each others way.

Editing the film is also an important part of your video so you need to know if your videographer has the most up to date editing suite as this gives you a more professional finish to your DVD.

A good tip is to go along to meet your videographer and ask to see samples of what he has produced for his other clients. This will give you a good idea as to how he films and edits his weddings
