That does not mean that we stand there like robots handing out bamboo skewers and napkins but we actually build the fruit kebab for your guests, cover it in chocolate and serve it on a plate. We have found that this method is much more hygienic than letting people do it for themselves, it also cuts down on the mess and ensures high food safety laws are being upheld.
