I have been baking for a number of years for friends and relations and they have all enjoyed the cakes received. So due to the encouragement I have decided to set up my home baking business, because I have a young family and wish to make the most of them.

To enhance my skills I have taken a number of Sugarcraft Classes, and have many new skills to craft cakes in many different styles. I'm now a member of the local Sugarcraft Guild, where we meet up to learn new skills and share fresh ideas.
