We take inspiration from each season for the ingredients of our cuisine. Our Cuisine flavour is Modern British with a French and Mediterranean influence and combines skilled techniques and flavours from around the world.

Our aim and goal is to know what creations will delight and interest you with our freshly produced designs bringing you only the finest gourmet dining and service from start to finish.

Our Chefs are timelessly tasting, improving and testing flavours, spices and textures from around the world to produce these tasteful menus. We are always looking for new ideas and products to introduce to our menus, leaving you with many choices.

We offer our food exquisitely presented, dependably delivered and professionally served, with a wide variety of menus to choose from which would suit any type of wedding. These include sit down dinners, canapés, finger buffets, fork buffets, bowl food, hot or cold buffets or Barbecue. We can also design a bespoke menu to suit your palette and taste.
