The Holiday Inn Reading M4 Jct10 provides ultra modern, self-contained Banqueting Suites conveniently located on the ground floor, creating the setting for the perfect wedding day. Our two large banqueting suites, the Frogmore and the Buckingham are both licensed for Civil Ceremonies and Partnerships.
THE BUCKINGHAM SUITE
Our largest banqueting suite offers natural daylight, vibrant new surroundings and air-conditioning. The Buckingham Suite can cater for up to 220 guests for a Wedding Breakfast (minimum numbers apply) and a maximum of 260 guests for your evening reception.
THE FROGMORE SUITE
The Frogmore Suite can cater for up to 120 guests for a Wedding Breakfast (minimum numbers apply) and a maximum of 130 guests for your evening reception. THE CAPRICE RESTAURANT AND TERRACE
The Caprice Restaurant and Terrace offers an additional choice for your Wedding Breakfast. The bright and stylish split level restaurant also opens out onto an outdoor terrace with heated seating area for al-fresco dining, or the perfect place to enjoy your arrival drinks.

The new four star Holiday Inn Reading M4, Jct10 offers 174 bedrooms ranging from Standard, Executive, Family and Suites. The hotel further benefits from complimentary underground parking for hotel residents and is a 2-minute walk from the Winnersh Triangle Train Station on the Reading to Waterloo.
