The remarkable buildings of Lincoln’s Inn are set in spacious, well kept private gardens, providing an oasis of calm right in the heart of Central London.

The oldest of the four Inns of Court, the Halls available for hire at Lincoln’s Inn are steeped in history and tradition dating back to the fifteenth century.

The Old Hall is a fine example of beautifully maintained Tudor architecture and can seat up to 130 guests for your wedding breakfast or 100 guests with a dance floor. The vaulted Crypt beneath the Old Hall, for centuries used for storage of fuel, food and wine, has now been restored to its former glory and is used as a reception area.

The Great Hall, opened by Queen Victoria in 1845, is the largest hall of any of the Inns and is considered to be one of the most distinguished buildings designed by the eminent nineteenth century architect Philip Hardwick. It can seat up to 300 guests for your wedding breakfast, or 250 guests for a dinner/dance, and the Bench Rooms (or terrace in fine weather) are used as reception areas.

Our dedicated events team can arrange everything for your special day from exquisite flowers, appropriate music, lighting and entertainment and even specially printed menus, whilst our chefs have a reputation for providing the very best cuisine for the most discerning palate and bespoke menus can be tailored to each event.
