Richard’s role as your toastmaster is to introduce guests to their hosts, announce meals, speeches, toasts, cake cutting and generally facilitate the duties and responsibilities of those for whom he is working. Richard will take responsibility for keeping your reception to time and liaise with the families on the wedding day. Richard, as your toastmaster may or may not become involved in wedding and event plans but as far as possible, will ensure the smooth running of your special occasion on your day. His presence will be a valuable asset for you.

Richard is also pleased to help with many other items that are not covered by some other toastmasters. He will be pleased to attend your wedding to help with correct dress for your wedding party, putting on button holes and corsages and making sure that everyone feels comfortable and relaxed about your day. He will be pleased to great the bride and walk the bride’s mother to her seat. Richard is also pleased to help the photographer to get the guests into position and carry and lay out the bride’s dress for posed photographs. Richard will be pleased to help in any way that will make sure that you get the day of your dreams. Please feel free to treat Richard as your personal assistant for your day.

Richard will keep control over what is happening in a discreet manor and using his experience, will ensure a smoothly run, enjoyable and memorable event. Adaptability is an important quality.
