Sticky Toffee Bakery was created by two friends in Hertfordshire who specialise in Cupcakes, handmade sweets and baked goods.
 
Whether you want to celebrate with an Engagement party or arrange the BIG day, we will work closely with you to ensure that you are satisfied with our products and they are as you imagined and more.
 
We offer free delivery within 5 miles of Hertford and we do not charge set up costs, unlike some we believe that this should be included.
