Sussex Cake Creations specialise in creating bespoke designer cakes for weddings, parties and events. I work with my clients to design a cake that complements your wedding or party and recommend a consultation for couples planning their special day. I will use as much information as you give me including pictures and fabrics to gain a good feel for your wedding to create a beautiful bespoke cake which compliments your celebration.

Many cakes listed on the website can also be made for people with special diets including lactose and gluten free. Over the years many cake recipes have been tried and tested and the cakes offered today are based on the recipes which have proved most popular time after time.

Many clients prefer simply to choose cake that they can see ready-made so I also offer a range of designs to suit all weddings and parties from classical to contemporary, intimate or large. Frequently I am asked to make replicas of wedding cakes seen elsewhere which I am happy to do if provided with a picture or a good description.

As I believe that all cakes should taste as good as they look, every cake is individually made to order using the highest quality fresh, natural ingredients including fresh butter, free range organic eggs and where appropriate, luxury couverture chocolate and genuine products including vanilla extract, oranges and lemons as opposed to synthetic flavourings.
