The Essex Golf & Country Club is set in the heart of the Essex countryside, with four functions suites, a 42-bedroom hotel, leisure facilities, two golf courses and hair and beauty facilities. The Club also holds a licence for civil weddings, all under one roof.

An ideal venue for your wedding reception is the Flight suite, catering for a sit-down meal of up to 180 people, with stunning views overlooking the 18-hole golf course and with its own private bar and dance floor. Alternatively, for smaller weddings the Mustang suite, with its beautiful conservatory is able to hold up to 70 people for a wedding breakfast, followed by an evening reception of up to 150 guests.

Our value for money packages may include: room hire costs, ivory linen, red carpet reception, flowers, bridal make-up, free golf, cake stand and knife, children eat free, informal Master of Ceremonies or an overnight stay in one of the wedding suites followed by a full English breakfast the following morning.
